What Is A Sale Cycle?

What is a Sale Cycle?

Have you ever thought about the fact that “groceries” go on sale just like “furniture” or “clothing”? Well they do, groceries will go on sale every eight (8) to twelve (12) weeks. When they go on sale or hit “rock bottom” price points, you should purchase as many as you will need until the next “sale cycle” comes back around. That is referred to as “Stockpiling”.

Did you know that everything has a “rock bottom” price point? Well it does, and what I want to teach you is to buy at that price point instead of buying when you actually need the items. For example:

Our family uses a 30 gallon trash can in our home (instead of the traditional 13 gallon kind). Our family uses two (2) trash bags a day. So needless to say, we use on average of 650 trash bags per year. We use the Hefty brand 45 gallon trash bags that sells at Publix or Wal-Mart for $6.99 a box of 25 everyday. I used to buy one (1) box every other week so we would not run out (waiting on a sale). Well back in January, Publix had them on Buy One Get One Free sale and I purchased enough to go us until the next sale came around (which was at a 6 month point). So instead of spending $6.99 every other week I bought twenty-six (26) boxes at $3.49 per box. Which is a $181.74 savings before coupons are even added in.

What if you changed your way of buying normal items you use everyday. What kind of money could you save your family? You might be surprised.
